We are Just A Spare LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, d/b/a Summer Acres RV Park LLC in Alabama. Our website address is: https://www.summeracresrv.com. Our RV park is at 20545 County Road 32, Summerdale, AL 36580 and our corporate mailing address is 3715 W Navy Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32507.

Direct contact by others

We usually just respond back the same way we were contacted but will use another method upon request

Contact form

We request your name and email address at a minimum to identify who we're speaking with and respond back via email. We offer to collect your phone number to call if requested and to text responses if consented to & requested.

Reservation contact info

We collect name, email, billing address, phone number (with mobile opt-in), via our reservation management system, CampSpot, when a reservation is booked. We only use the data for preventing fraud or communicating about things that can affect their reservation at our campground (if the method has opted in).

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with / Where we send your data

  • We use CampSpot and their card processing company CardPointe to handle your reservation info including bulk texting & emails
  • Google Analytics for tracking visitors on our website
  • Google Maps for maps on our website
  • Gmail (Google) for emails
  • Grasshopper (GoTo) for calls & individual texts
  • Facebook/Instagram (Meta) for messages via our social media profiles & ads sometimes

Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with anyone for any purpose, and are excluded from any other sharing we may be doing.

Messaging Terms of Service

These terms are specific to text messages (SMS/MMS/RCS) but are also generally applicable to other contact methods:

    • alerts about things affecting the campground (if potentially applicable to current/upcoming booking)
  • Users can expect to receive messages 1 to 5 times a month or as needed based on their interactions or reservations.

How long we retain your data

If you submit our website contact form, we'll retain a copy in our server(s) logs for 30 days.

Communications are usually kept by us indefinitely but our service providers may automatically purge data sometimes.

What rights you have over your data

If we have your data, you can request to receive a file or list of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
